• Comprehensive evidence-based 24-hour patients care
• Facilitating patient triage, admission, collecting and compiling data for decision making and research
• Provision of safe patient care in a conducive environment
• Ensuring safe custody of records on patient /client health condition and care
• Provision of holistic preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative healthcare services
• Executing nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing nursing interventions and evaluating patient outcomes
• Coordination of nursing services and other multidisciplinary healthcare team at various service delivery points for efficiency and effective service delivery
• Medication administration, monitoring and management of symptoms
• Mental Status Assessment (MSA)
• Stabilization of psychiatric/medical emergencies
• Providing health and psycho-education to patients/clients and family
• Cordinating discharge planning and aftercare in the community
• Community reintegration and outreach services
• Mentorship and supervision
